The predictions do vary between sectors with retail remaining in the doldrums but with better prospects for this year. Also comments on the main bases for planning consultants around the country. Southern England is not surprisingly the main area, but consultancies are also spreading further afield including such areas as Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham and Leeds.
