Research by IPD, Oxford Property Consultants and ABN AMRO estimated that total returns nearly doubled to 10.1% from 5.6% in 2001. The data was based on a sample of 32 limited partnerships (LPs). ABN AMRO said that LPs had benefited from their high exposure to retail.
