Sees the pack alleviating purchasers' complaints that they had insufficient information at the offer lodging stage, describes issues involved in the introduction of such a pack and the likelihood of a pilot scheme in conjunction with the Law Society in Scotland. Looks at the idea of a log book for recording work carried out on the property as part of the pack (not taken up by the Task Force).
