Summary, etc. Discusses the findings from a survey by Stephen Wearne "Problems and needs of project management in the process and other industries'". 1063 people employed by project owners, suppliers, contractors, consultants and other organisations in western Europe gave their opinions on the greatest problems of project management over the period 1991 to 2004. The greatest concernappeared to come from organisation, time and resources which was in 65% of all the statements about the greatest problems. Perhaps surprisingly, certain other categories such as risk, quality and safety were only reported by a small percentage ofrespondents as being in the greatest category of concerns.
