Summary, etc. Presents full results from the November 2005 Home Builders' Federation (HBF) regional survey of house builders. Activity continues to run below 2004 levels. Site visitor numbers fell from October to November by more than net reservations but the proportion of visitors making reservations has increased. The balance of builders reporting that prices fell during November improved from the previous two months. The increasing use of sales incentives has kept a fairly constant pace throughout 2005. The industry expects to make more sales in 2006 than it has in 2005. Charts and tables.
