520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. The first "Building"/PSD housebuilders' salary survey has revealed that salaries and packages on offer in the housebuilding sector outweigh those in comparable areas of the property market, with more positions available than qualified people to fill them. The survey also reveals that there is scope for young people to progress quickly, with the average age at director level being significantly lower than it was five to ten years ago. The sector still has difficulty, however, in enticing graduates and skilled people from other areas of the property sector. Contains tables showing average pay of directors and managers nationally and regionally.
