The yields are generated by Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and are based on evidence derived from the latest deals by JLL and other agents. March saw continued investor appetite for real estate leading to further yield compression across all sectors. The prime all-retail and all-office yields fell to 4.42% and 4.71% respectively.
