Summary, etc. The latest Aggregate Estimates for Total Income from Farming, and Estimates of Average Net Farm Income have been published, covering 2008 and 2007/8 respectively. The figures suggest that income from farming decreased by £11.9m in 2008 to £629.6m, a fall of 5.6% in real terms over the previous year. The figures for Average Net Farm Incomes indicate a rise of £10 000 compared with 2006-07, to £29 800 in 2007-08.
