Concerned the respondents' claim for expenses in relation to an application for the renewal or variation of real burdens in a Feu Charter of 1888 relating to alterations or extensions to a terraced house (see E147338). The respondents asked that the applicants be responsible for paying the expenses of their application; that their architect be certified as an expert witness; and that, if not agreed, the expenses should be determined by application to the Auditor of the Sheriff Court at Aberdeen. "Held": the respondents are entitled to one-theird of their expenses, and their architect should be certified as an expert witness.
