Finds a positive balance of home builders (+9%) reporting more visitors in May 2009 than in May 2008. The balance of net reservations increased as well, to the level of +30%, which is the strongest result since May 2006. The balance of companies reporting falling new home prices reduced to -25% in May 2009. This is the least negative result since October 2007. House builders are expecting sales to rise in 2009.
