RICS will be split up into six regions with world regional boards comprising of members acting as non-executives and also executive staff who will ensure that the global RICS business plan is delivered in each of the geographical areas. The proposed RICS valuers' accreditation scheme has been revamped: RICS valuers will be charged £100 annually to sign up to a new registration scheme.
