Brussels office market stays weak with an official 11% vacancy rate and waning public sector demand. Investors have sought refuge in retail in the face of occupier uncertainty in the office sector. Luxembourg's office market will continue to be tough for the next 12 months but the outlook for commercial real estate investment is brightening.
