Summary, etc. Knight Frank residential land prices for the 12 months to the end of March 2010 showed the strongest rate of growth since the first quarter of 2005 due to improving demand and a slow growth in supply volumes. Quarterly growth in the three months to the end of March 2010 was 2.4% for Urban Land and 6.6% for Greenfield land with London and the West Midlands the strongest region for growth.
