Summary, etc. Report sets out the conclusions of the government's review into the Habitats and Wild Birds Directives as currently implemented in England. The review found that in the majority of cases the operation of the directive is working well but some cases do encounter delays. Four key areas have been identified where change will improve the implementation of the Directives; facilitating nationally significant infrastructure projects, improving implementation processes and streamlining guidance, improving the quality, quantity and sharing of data and improving the customer experience.
