The Swan Shopping Centre in Yardley is the only new scheme in the 2012 pipeline. Nine extensions are on-stream for the year. The 2013 pipeline is forecast at 1.83m sq ft with Trinity Leeds (817 000 sq ft) by far the largest site. New shopping centre space in 2011 was 14% up on 2010.
