| Summary, etc. | The Dubai investment market continues to witness strong interest for high quality, well located, income producing assets. Only limited new office supply entered the market in Q1 2012 and therefore prime office asking rents remained flat. The residential market is seeing a positive trend with the villa market outperforming the apartment sector. Residential property in secondary locations is still suffering rental and pricing declines. Retail rents remained stable due to buoyant demand and limited supply entering market. The recovery of the hotel sector in 2011 continued in Q1 2012. |
