On a rolling year basis the shares of office (72%) investment and retail (14%) investment did not vary. However Q1 saw a significant drop in retail investment. Commercial real estate yields stayed at a low level sustained by investors? undiminished demand. Only Germany remains confident about 2012; Southern European countries are generally pessimistic. |
