520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. Global office vacancies will continue their decline due to steady demand and low levels of new construction in North America and Europe. The "flight to quality trend" remains in many major markets with occupiers trading up to better space and locations. The Eurozone will be pushed by the European debt crisis into a mild recession in early 2012. Continued modest demand for office space is expected with most cities seeing a drop in vacancy rates. Latin America boasts some of the tightest office markets and select Asia Pacific markets will see big vacancy drops. EMEA and Asia Pacific lead global office space under construction.
