Only 12 shopping centres were sold in Q1 2012 totaling £461m. There remains a large number of equity buyers for shopping centre investments. The yield spread between Super Prime and Tertiary has grown. High street investment market has started quietly this year. Prime high street yields are likely to remain at their current level in the near future but secondary yields could harden.
