Summary, etc. The 2012 survey of UK property services firms (PSFs) shows business continuing to improve slowly. The combined turnover of the top 60 firms increased by £128.3m, 5.8% up on 2011. However 24 firms suffered a drop in revenue. Nine out of 60 firms are expecting to be involved in mergers and acquisitions in the next year and over half the firms expect to increase staffing. League tables cover: top 60 PSFs ranked by UK turnover; top 60 PSFs ranked by UK turnover per fee-earner; top five European PSFs ranked by European turnover; and top five global PSFs firms ranked by worldwide turnover.
