The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating for an office, retail building or industrial/warehouse building can be improved cost effectively by either specifying more energy efficient building services when undertaking a refurbishment project or through ad hoc improvements when the building is wholly or partly occupied. Covers energy, CO2 and commercial buildings, the building selection methodology, and energy efficiency quick wins.
