Aims to provide surveyors with an independent source of information on how much typical defects identified in a residential survey will cost to remedy. Designed for ease of use when carrying out surveys. No measurements are required as the costs are divided by type of house such as terraced or detached, and by general size such as small, medium or large. No calculations are needed as the costs are for complete items as one-off jobs including VAT. The works have been categorised in accordance with the RICS Homebuyer Survey and Valuation.
