Regulates the procedure to be followed in connection with applications made to a Leasehold Valuation Tribunal. Revoke the Rent Assessment Committee (England and Wales) (Leasehold Valuation Tribunal) Regulations 1993 with the exception of the saving provision contained in Reg 25. Applies to England only.
