Reports continued slowing economic growth with retail sales remaining weak, falling manufacturing output and a stagnant housing market. In the commercial property sector the occupier market remains moderately strong and capital values have shown renewed growth. The construction sector shows a downward revision to output levels for 2004 whilst the residential property market softened in May 2005.
