Guidance, commissioned by the ODPM and aimed at local authorities, on producing asset management plans. The guidelines place greater emphasis on service delivery and the links between effective property management and improved service delivery allowing local authorities to get better value from their property which makes an increased contribution to serving the authorities' strategic needs.
