Online resources: Summary: This consultation paper concerns the secondary legislation needed to give effect in England to the Crown provisions in the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. It invites comments on the three draft statutory instruments and the draft circular that are needed to give effect in England to the provisions in Part VII of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
