The research comprises two surveys, the first of which analyses the aspirations of Hong Kong professionals in exploring the Chinese market, and the difficulties they face. The second survey analyses the expectations of real estate and construction firms in China towards Hong Kong professionals and their evaluations of them. The four mainland cities chosen for the research are Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chongqing.
