The report covers the principal sectors of the property market and is based on valuations prepared by VOA offices. Earlier reports back to 1980 are only available in printed form (in the RICS Library) other than a special March 1982 report for Capital Gains Tax re-basing purposes. Provides average capital values for five representative types of property. Later editions ceased to cover new property.
