Amend the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990 to prescribe the publicity requirements in respect of urgent applications made directly to the SoS for works to buildings on Crown land which are listed or are in conservation areas. Also amend the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 1992 to prescribe the form and content of a claim made for deemed hazardous substances consent in relation to hazardous substances present on Crown land and the conditions to which a deemed consent will be subject.
