Shows trends in asking prices up to 8 July 2006. The average property asking price moved up in July by 2.9% to £217 580, the largest percentage increase since March 2004. Prices in southeast England showed a staggering rise of 4.7% in July. Year on year growth in asking prices has reached 10.6%.
