Supplements CBI/GVA Grimley "Survey of property trends summer 2006" (L134032). Surveys the attitudes of occupiers regarding the environmental efficiency of the occupied property. Finds that respondents are attaching great significance to the energy and environmental efficiency of their property, and are recognising other benefits besides reduced running costs, such as raised staff satisfaction. Energy efficiency of buildings was rated most important in occupiers' accommodation strategy, and the key driver for greener property strategies will be the increasing costs of energy. Most respondents would be prepared to pay more to occupy an environmentally efficient building. Graphs.
