Looks at emerging ideas around social housing and affordable housing, seeking views on how the government ambition to achieve homes for all in sustainable communities can be realised. Discusses how to get the most from public sector investment and assets, to improve planning for affordable housing at the local level, to lever in resources from the private sector, and ways of strengthening the role of tenants in decisions on social housing. Responses are required by 15 September.
