This revised version of the Dilapidations Protocol takes into account the comments made by PLA members. The PLA Law Reform Committee also worked closely with the RICS Working Party on Dilapidations, who have endorsed the new protocol, and leading members of the Bar. Applies to commercial property in England and Wales.
