Replace the Contaminated Land (Wales) Regulations 2001 and make, in relation to Wales, provision equivalent to that made in relation to England in the Pollution Prevention and Control (England and Wales) Regulations 2000 Sched 10 para 50. Sets out further provisions relating to the identification and remediation of contaminated land under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 Part IIA. Come into force 10 December 2006.
