Examines a number of sites in Cornwall to determine whether wind farms have a negative impact on residential property values. Despite initial evidence to this effect it was found that there were generally other factors involved. Any impact was most significant for terraced and semi-detached house and those properties located within a mile of the farm. Found that wind farm developers avoided the problem to a certain extent by siting their developments where they would have minimal impact on property prices.
