Provides information on the average amount spent on the rehabilitation of existing buildings. The study is based on the analysis of contracts for nearly 2 700 building projects. All costs have been converted to the third quarter 2006 levels using the BCIS Tender Price Index and to average UK pricing using the BCIS location factors.
