Results are analysed in total and by using only the largest 15% of respondents companies. Finds that investors have a broad view of what makes a building sustainable, with energy efficiency rated as the most important factor. There has been a sustainable increase in the measurement of buildings' sustainability. Investors see advantages in publicising their green credentials. There is little evidence that sustainability affects property investment performance. It is seen as having the largest effect on offices, and the smallest on shops.
