Amends the Town and Counry Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995, substituting Part 1 of Schedule 2, which confers permitted development rights in relation to certain development within the curtailage of a dwellinghouse. Adds World Heritage Sites to the list of land defined as "Article 1(5) land" and makes minor amendments to the permitted rights relating to the installation of microgeneration technologies. Comes into force 1 October 2008.
