Report provides the findings of an evidence gathering exercise aimed at investigating the problems caused by areas with high concentrations of houses in multiple occupation. Various concerns have been highlighted in relation to these concentrations and the authors of the report sought views on these. The report was prepared on behalf of Communities and Local Government and should not be viewed as government policy.
