Online resources: Summary: In April 2008, the Scottish Government published a preliminary consultation on proposals to introduce banding to the Renewables Obligation (Scotland) (ROS), and seeking views on areas where the ROS might differ from the Obligations in place in the rest of the UK (for example in support for wave and tidal power in Scotland) (see E145367). This statutory consultation sets out the Scottish Government's final proposals in the light of the previous consultation. Deadline for responses is 12 December 2008.
