Presents the results of a literature review carried out on behalf of the Scottish Government by the Institute for Retail Studies at the University of Stirling. The review examined policies aimed at encouraging a healthy retail sector and retail-led regeneration, and looked at the impact of retail on town centre regeneration and the revitalising of local high streets.
