RICS Valuation Standards (The Red Book) is issued by RICS Valuation Faculty and contains mandatory rules and best practice guidance for all RICS members undertaking valuations services worldwide. The standards contained in this sixth edition are compliant with current International Valuation Standards, published by the International Valuation Standards Committee (IVSC).
This is a global edition of the update of the sixth edition of the Red Book, which has been produced for promotional purposes. The UK Practice Statements and Guidance notes have been removed: for the full copy of RICS Valuation Standards, see E146786. Copies are held by the Library for archival purposes only and the publication should not be loaned out.
