Part 1 addresses the need for, and formulation of, a maintenance strategy and a maintenance policy. Part 2 looks in more detail at the works, addressing issues relating to the identification and prioritising of current and uncompleted maintenance work of an individual property or portfolio of properties. Part 3 consdiers the different methods of funding maintenance works. Part 4 deals with procurement, the selection of the contractor and the form of contract to be used.
