These Regulations amend the Environmental Impact Assessment (Scotland) Regulations 1999 to take into account changes made to the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 by the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006, of the replacement of provisions relating to procedures and time limits set out in the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (Scotland) Order 1992 by the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2008 from 3 August 2009.
Comes into force 3 August 2009.
