Sets out the results of a pilot scheme which tested whether removing the duty to notify Scottish Ministers on more straightforward listed building consent applications relating to B-listed buildings would speed up the processing of applications whilst maintaining the quality of the decisions made. As these aims were met, the consultation also seeks views on whether and how to implement this proposal more widely. Deadline for comments is 25 September 2009.
