Scotland currently dumps one third of its construction waste. This guidance from the Sottish Ecological Design Association looks at ways in which details can be designed at the start of a project in such a way that they can be re-used on other projects once the structure reaches the end of its useful life. The details illustrated in the guidance have been costed, tested and subjected to a Defects Liability insurance assessment.
