Presents the results of research into the priorities of social housing tenants, to inform proposals for a Scottish Social Housing Charter and modernisation of the Scottish Housing Regulator. Found that tenants thought the provision of good quality accommodation was the highest priority, followed by a good day-to-day repairs service and dealing with anti-social behaviour.
