Reports that June saw the fastest fall in commercial development activity for three months, with over 27% of those surveyed reporting a fall in activity and only 14.3% reporting a rise. The Total Commercial Development Activity Index stood at -13.6% in June, however the average index figure for Q2 2009 was higher than at any time since Q4 2007 and commercial developers showed optimism over the three-month outlook.
