Reports that over 75% of the 27 countries surveyed have seen a rise in distressed properties compared to the previous three months. Investor interest in distressed properties has grown in globally, with the biggest pick up in Italy and the UK. Suggests that the speed of bank foreclosures remains moderate with less than 2 in 10 respondents on average reporting a pick up.
