Numbers of distressed properties coming to the market are still rising globally according to the latest monitor although at a generally slower rate than in the previous quarter. Eighteen of the 25 countries surveyed report a pick up with the US and Japan leading the trend. Brazil, Hong Kong, Australia and India have reported declining numbers coming to market.
